Yoga Kids

Keeping the boys entertained on a rainy day is no easy task. I got them a new DVD called "Yoga Kids", thinking it could help them burn off some energy without getting too wound up.














So much for relaxing and winding down!

Aquafest fireworks

This weekend is Lake Steven's annual Aquafest celebration. It's a little town festival with booths and carnival rides and what not. We skipped it this year, but headed down to the lake to watch the fireworks tonight after it got dark.

BTW, fireworks are next to impossible to photograph!

Welcome to the jungle

Today we met some friends at Jungle Playland in Mt. Vernon.

Jungle Playland is a great place for the kids to run crazy, and the whole play area is visible from the seating area so I don't need to hover. I wish it was closer.

Trip to the water park

A new spray pad opened up about 15 minutes from here, so the boys and I headed down there today.

It was too much for Andrew, I don't know if all the fountains scared him or all the kids, but he wasn't interested in getting wet.
