Another trip to Jetty Island

We went to Jetty Island on Wednesday with my friends Kristi and April, their kiddos, and Kristi's mom and sister and cousin. Kristi was kind enough to get us reservations so we didn't have to wait in line or chance not getting on the ferry.

It was a really nice day, it's windy on the island so we weren't noticing how hot it really was. I got a bit of a sunburn!

I was busy visiting and didn't get too many pictures.

It's the best day ever!

We had such a great day today!! It was a blast, we were so busy but it was all so fun!

First, we went to a driving range with Tom, a guy Corey works with, and his daughter (I'm not pictures of them here since I didn't ask permission).

Then I dropped Corey and my sister Carly off at the Children's Museum and walked the 4 blocks to therapy, and walked back again. It was so nice out today, it was nice to walk. I wish I could walk more often.

Carly took pictures for me since I wasn't there.

After that, we stopped and got burgers and then headed to Jetty Island. It's a really neat 2 mile long man-made Island off the Everett Marina. You take this 3 minute ferry to get there. And the best part - no ducks!

On one side of the island you can flip rocks over and find crabs, I'm the only one who would pick them up, everyone else wussed out.

On our way to catch the ferry home

Then we came home and dropped Corey off so he could steam clean while the boys and I took my sister to my parent's. There are frogs in their pond, and we caught several, they are teeny tiny - but I forgot my camera so no pictures of that :(

My carpet looks and smells lovely, Cor did a fantastic job.
