Today is Andrew's third birthday, we bummed around the house in the morning and played with his new toys, and some old favorites.
Then in the afternoon we were off to the Children's Museum. It was my first time taking them there by myself, I was a bit nervous that I'd lose one of them, but it went really well. They got to play in every exhibit except for one, we ran out of time and the museum closed before we could get to it. There's always next time though!

This tube sucks up ping pong balls and they travel through clear overhead tubes and drop into a box a few feet away, it's neat to watch them the whole way through.

Our last stop was Target, Andrew received some birthday money from my grandparents so I told him he could spend it on whatever he wanted. He browsed the toy aisles and picked up a few trinkety type things before he came to rest on what he really wanted. I'll post pictures of that tomorrow, but for now, this is the small toy he picked out.

We came home to have birthday dessert, we've been on the go so much the last few days I didn't have a chance to bake an egg and soy free cake, so we went with special ice cream instead. It was little frozen ice cream dots, they are so fun and good. And they have a couple flavors that are safe for Andrew to eat, this one is cotton candy.
I think he's over having his picture taken for the day!
